Green Vision 03:11
Beholding signals from green insides My mind’s as white as another sun As I go out you’re stepping in Snowy alps in your tired eyes Saying “it is such a joy being here” Indeed it is Together we join the late eastern sky A serpent dies
2.
Joanie, I’d love to show you what I see everyday A mountain, a round lake and a river etched in time Each morning we backpack, hitchhike and stride, crawl towards nowhere Volcano-headed heading to what’s way more than a place To find ourselves in our meandering beds One glowing witness as a grain of sand Well, Eva, I’d like to meet you while sunblindly enchanted Our antlers vibrating to those harrowing beams on the ice Each evening frustration would still calcify in our eyes But us cup-handed animals some water would contain To find ourselves in our meandering beds One shiny witness in a grain of sand Sky burial by projection Sky burial by projection Joanie, I’d love to show you what I see everyday Joanie, I’d love to see just what you see everyday

Mount Change 07:08
Caught myself while driving east for sanity one sunday afternoon With my viking sword trying to slash the headlights and the fog The naked branches from the trees were all trying to hold me back But with my flaming eyes I managed to escape and just Behold Mount Change from my hart-shaped heart In the freezing darkness of that night the whole round earth shook so hard I was woken by the sound of demons climbing out the creases in the ground morning came with distant howls and in the early sun I looked up from the icy pools Behold Mount Change Hold Mount Change See my changing From my clay deer heart
4.
Delay your aspect human prairie, steer your hooves through halls in time Will-o-the-wisps are memories Can you drift through them, See your eyes underground Underground I drag through moors and quicksand people Always bogged down and bemired My mind’s glue river shuts my eyes Pouring debris into my mouth My mouth Once in Denmark I was striding through the dark The black bog swallowed me but as I sank I saw a hart Delay your aspect human prairie, steer your clogs through halls in time Will-o-the-wisps are dictionaries you drift through them, See your eyes underground Underground Once under Hrothgar I was eaten by the marsh But as I sank I saw a deer On floating hearts It looked at me And on my tomb of mud it lit a fire
5.
At the edge of the evergreen forest Foggy Drummer stands I watch him protecting bark demons Collecting blackbird heads He holds his sword His internal storm He tells me tales of his birdfriend Her name is Raspberry Together, swimming through red tears They reach the core of their dream And with their sword They slash it free Drumming alone now Mountains and firs in my mind Drumming alone now Dragons breathe heavy tonight At the edge of the evergreen forest Foggy Drummer stands He holds his sword He’s solid soul Not fog alone
6.
The quest for that thing was set My legs started to divine the thing Vibrations through the trees Crawling and slithering Thousand miles per hour Through mines and orbits I am finally driven to this soil thing A flat land That my feet had always been knowing In eternal Sweden In the future Where the land understands me (And so do I) My legs are finally living pillars All lines shine parallel Beam vertical (Firs fingers and spines) As the days stretch neverending In time blue horizons extending
7.
Sunhammer 04:35
Day breaks - my chest Mourningbringer morning beam Hammer of the gods Smashing through grey glass gates Flies (a black swarm that has been haunting) Shimmering, fiery and iron-cold As heavy as a hundred iron mountain-mares miles away and in the mist Crushes the bones Breastbone splinters wake me up As Sun-Hammer has my heart Sun-Hammer has my heart Day breaks - my chest ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Wyvern Song 03:32
Under blue vaults We would be living But buzzing for more The hydras are breathing Evil Dreaming Fall through mysterious places To find a blade that traces Wyvern wrecks Spiralling Up their necks Over the sea The grey ships are flying Asleep underneath My breastbone is pierced by High-pitched Lightning Fall through moss-bearded branches To find a blade that chants in Birdish tongues Spiralling In our songs And through mysterious places We’ll recognise the faces
10.
There is a circle island that is imperfect and there is an us that is perfect somewhere in the dimples of the lake. but there is also an us that is imperfect, heads leaning into the wind, hands stuffed in jacket pockets, roaming the mottled shore. the smiling gaze of our four eyes is multiplied to cover the whole round river by the total silver sun reflection of Lac Observation as it is viewed from space. I imagine the two uses hiding from each other in the hills, masked by the tundra loam but leaving clues of our adjacent life (knotted grass, a cairn, leaf cuts) laughing in our wakes. the smiling gaze of our four eyes is multiplied to cover the whole round river by the total silver sun reflection of Lac Observation as it is viewed from space.
11.
Hollow gaze inside the mirror And a constant scream of terror Oh no Faced the unknown Then I looked back and I saw there was water for miles Flooded lands I only see Though I know the sea’s a sheet But oh no Long way to go Why even start, and how are those black waves so tall? But our eyes inside the mirror Pierced the constant scream of terror Shapeshifting in a neverending leap to be loved What remains of myself a black pond at the bottom of Lake Superior It’s dense, it doesn’t blend With all the rest Of the dark blue water But it’s not lifeless It’s got valleys and forests And bottomless whirlpools Oh look there’s a dragon Down there beside the river Witnessing heart-wrenching worlds In the halls of the blessed you’d be totally useless Oh look there’s a dragon Down there beside the river Witnessing no shame at all In a garden of Eden we’d be totally out of place

about

Visions and myths, stories and maps. 7th century anarchist folk music. Legs stand like Yggdrasils yet the Earth is turning. Rivers flow endlessly, but in a circle, and "endlessly" won't last for long. You lie dead in a bog on a flat peninsula, then from your trapped body a fire is lit. A deer in the mist. Going back home on public transport with soon-to-be 5th dimensions in your pockets. Bonding over grief and awe. Drummers and birds. None of us have anything.

Tapes coming soon.
